A Good and Unusual Early 16th Century Brass Candlestick

Having a slightly tapering nozzle, with circular piercing above a shaft with central “tear drop”, between two discoid knops. The circular foot is slightly dished, to act as a drip pan.

Flemish, possibly French, circa 1500.

Height 7 inches.
